Worley Contracting, Inc. specializes in waterfront custom residences in the Tampa Bay area. We are a family owned company with principal owners being Rick and Lisa Worley. Rick Worley is president and a state certified general contractor. Rick has been in the construction business for thirty four years. He has wide range of experience from building high rise condominiums to high end custom homes. Lisa Worley is the company secretary/treasurer who manages the office and handles all accounts payable and receivable. We have a full time superintendent on every home and project manager who coordinates subcontractor estimates and material purchases. Rick Worley personally oversees all of his projects on a daily basis. For this reason, Worley Contracting, Inc. only builds a few homes at a time. Rick is involved in every aspect of construction from scheduling subcontractors, material deliveries, to meeting with Owners and Architects. His attention to detail and organization skills are his secret to success. Worley homes have been featured in numerous magazines including Builder Architect, Custom Home and Tampa Bay magazine. We only concentrate on building custom residences in the Tampa Bay area. Only the most qualified personnel and subcontractors are employed on our projects. We also look for the finest materials for the best price that the market has to offer. Worley Contracting, Inc. negotiates a cost plus percentage contract on all of their projects. We provide a detailed schedule of values itemizing the cost of the work. We will also provide a monthly transaction report outlining invoices upon request. By electing to use a cost plus contract the Owner is privy to all contractors' costs including contractor discounts.
